Welcome to Marseille ! I welcome you in my 27 square meters apartment located in the 1st district. Ideally located, it is 2 min walk from the Old Port and 4 min walk from the Marseille Soap Museum and 6 min walk from La Criée theater. You will be able to walk along the quays to watch the fishermen going out to sea and discover the magnificent heritage surrounding the Old Port! I wish you a very nice stay! :) ## Logement Located in Marseille, the apartment is new and modern, it is composed of a bedroom with a double bed, a beautiful living room open on a kitchen equipped with a sofa bed and a television to relax you after an intense day. You will have everything you need to have an excellent stay: a Senseo coffee machine, a microwave, a television, a hair dryer, a washing machine. You will be very well served by public transportation, to stroll around the city and its surroundings! The neighborhood offers proximity to the Cantini museum of the city of Marseille (5 min walk), the Pierre Puget park (7 min walk) and the history museum of the city of Marseille (7 min walk). The accommodation is only 30 meters from the Place aux huiles and its many restaurants and bars. While strolling along the docks, you can take a selfie under the Ombrière and enjoy the restaurants and the fish market that takes place every morning. The area is very popular with locals and tourists alike, so don't hesitate to ask us for good addresses, we'll be happy to share our favorites with you! A professional cleaning is done before and after each trip. ## Emplacement The 1st district is in the center of the city, and is the beating heat of Marseille. It hosts especially old historical buildings, such as the Mission de France Church, the Saint-Théodore Church, the Figaro’s house or the Pesciolini hotel. As well, the Vestiges garden, discovered during the 20th century, hosts the remains of the antique harbour of Marseille, and is a peaceful and great place to wander. The atmosphere is warm and lively ! You will find various typical restaurants on the Vieux-Port, while staying near to the shopping streets such as the streets de la République and du Paradis.
