Built in 1923 and painstakingly renovated in 2010, this traditional and bright neo-classical residence of 150 sqm is located right on the marina in the lively heart of Poros town. Enjoy unobstructed sea and mountain views. In addition to the living and dining area with nearly 4 meter high ceilings, the home has three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The larger of the three has a separate seating area and loft that sleeps 4-6 people. One of the two double rooms also has its own separate entrance.
There is central airconditioning as well as ceiling fans. The large roof terrace has a wet bar and views over the port and across to the mountains making it a perfect spot to take in the wonderful sunset over the Peloponnese.
Many services, shops and restaurants are located just outside the front door while beaches can be reached easily on foot, by bicycle or with the public bus in less than 10 minutes so there is actually no need for a car. Many beaches are also serviced by traditional water taxis. High-speed boats for Piraeus, Hydra and Spetses are 5 minutes walking.

The owners speak English, Greek, German and Serbian. A local caretaker meets guests upon arrival and departure.
