Cantamar Condominium #2 is a 2bedroom,2 bath ground level unit located in the heart of Manzanillo. It is within walking distance to many local restaurants and shops and easily accessible to many other areas via cab or local bus routes. Our unit has direct , secure, stair access to the beach from the pool deck (which is just outside our unit). The recently updated interiors provide comfortable accommodations for maximum of 4 (strictly enforced). At approximately 800 SF, the unit offers an open plan layout for the kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen has ample cabinet space and tile countertops. A recently added pantry area allows for ample food storage for long term guests. The kitchen is stocked with ample dishware, pots, pans, bowls, etc., and small appliances, including, a blender, coffee pot, toaster, mixer and microwave. Each bedroom and bath is equipped with privacy locks on the doors. Each bedroom and the open living area are equipped with AC units and ceiling fans. Each bathroom is equipped with a ceiling fan as well. A combined washer/dryer (2 in 1) is also provided. A new refrigerator with manual ice maker and water dispenser and a new 4 eye gas stove with electric ignition completes this full service kitchen. A bar height counter with 2 stools makes the perfect place for chats while preparing that special cocktail and dip for poolside snacking. The pool is shared among and available and accessible to all of Cantamar’s guests. We ask our guests to be cordial and polite to other guest when relaxing in and around the pool. The pool deck provides ample room for sunning, lounging and dining. 2 lounge cushions (blue n white stripe)and chair cushions (blue) are provided for our guests ( located in the front bedroom). Please return to the Unit when at end of each use. There are also beach chairs, beach umbrella and gravity type pool loungers (under beds in front bedroom) for our guests use. Along with float toys for the pool ( located in the left storage cabinet in the front foyer). Please rinse sand from all items taken to the beach upon returning to the pool area and condo. Bed linen, pillows, bath linen, shampoo and body wash are all provided as well as Beach towels. A cleaning fee of 25$ Weekly maid service is included for long term stays ( over 10 days ).
