Beach House with Panoramic Ocean View | House in Torbay

A fully furnished and equipped two-story house located in the historic Town of Torbay. It is approximately 15 minutes from the capital city, St. John’s, and, from the Health Sciences Complex, Downtown St. John’s, Signal Hill, and Memorial University. The property is located off the main road and is on a very quiet, residential street (although visitors/locals often visit the beach area next to the house). There is a gorgeous panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean which overlooks the hillsides of Torbay. This unique house and property are just feet away from the ocean, as well as Torbay Beach, and access to the East Coast Trail is just outside the doorstep.
There are two bedrooms with queen beds, both with ocean views. There is one full bathroom upstairs with another half bathroom on the main level. There are TVs in all of the bedrooms that can accommodate streaming devices (provided by guests), and basic cable is provided in the living room (main floor) only.
Absolutely no smokers (in or on the property) and no pets. I'm only interested in renting to individuals who are quiet, tidy, responsible, and respectful of the house and its contents, as well as the neighborhood in which it is situated. Maximum 2 guests; No parties or events; Unsuitable for infants and for children between the ages of 2-12.
