Mini weeks available in late August and through the Fall! Charming quintessential ocean block cottage located in The Pines with a sought-after Park Avenue address. This property totals 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, outside shower and exudes coastal charm where a very large airy screened porch welcomes you home. High ceilings with exposed beams, beautiful hardwood floors, central AC, ample off-street parking, and renovated baths are just some of the home's timeless features. The adorable detached guest house includes a living room, 1 bedroom, 1 bath, and hardwood floors. This home is in excellent condition. The exterior is complete with beautiful landscaping, private patio and paver walkways all surrounded by many mature trees. Excellent Rehoboth Beach opportunity!
There is off street parking for 3 cars and 2 seasonal parking permits are provided for on street parking for rentals between mid-May and mid-September.
Included for our guests:
Kitchen Tea Towels, Bath Mats, Bedspreads, Pillows, Pillow Protectors, and Mattress Pads are provided.
Guests bring their own Sheets, Bath Towels and Beach Towels or may rent linens locally.
Beach Chairs and Umbrellas can be rented on the beach between Memorial Day and Labor Day.

Starter rolls of Paper Towels, 1 roll of Toilet Paper in each Bathroom, 1 set of Trash/Recycling Bags, Laundry Detergent, All Purpose Cleaner, Dish Washing Liquid, Dishwasher Detergent,1 Sponge, Hand Soap in each Bathroom, Gas Grill, Grill Utensils, Vacuum, Broom, Dustpan, Mop, and Bucket.

Summary: My family and I visit Rehoboth every summer. This was our first time staying in the Pines and we loved it!! The location offers the peace and quiet you want for vacation and the proximity to the boardwalk lets you enjoy the fun of Rehoboth. We spent hours reading and napping and playing games on the front porch. The backyard table offered a place to eat dinner. It was a delightful place to spend a week and we hope to be back!
