Gather around the dining table or enjoy the wonderful terrace with picknick table. There are 4 bedrooms. Three of them have double beds. The last bedroom has bunk beds. We provide one set of high-quality bed linen per bed, per stay. The beds have high quality bed linen and we also provide bath towels and luxurious bathroom essentials such as Rituals shampoo, conditioner, body-lotion, shower gel and hand-soap and a comfortable bathmat in the bathroom. The Neighborhood: Located right next to the beach and at only 10 minutes from the center of Ostend yet in a quiet neighborhood, this is the perfect location for a relaxing holiday at the Belgian seaside. Getting Around: *** ACCESSIBILITY *** You can easily reach the house by public transport or by car. You can park your car in front of the entrance of the house so you can easily (un)load your luggage. *** PUBLIC & STREET PARKING *** Free parking is possible in the surrounding streets. If there is no parking space in the surrounding streets, you can find public parking "Kiezelparking" at only 3 minutes driving. *** PUBLIC TRANSPORT *** There is a tram stop at approx. 200 meters. This coastal stram brings you in 5 minutes to Ostend city-centre and takes you along the entire coastline of Belgium from Knokke-Heist all the way to De Panne. The tram-stop is called "Mariakerke-Bad". You can also take a taxi from the station to the house which will cost around 15 euros. Taxis can be found next to the busses in front of the railway station. Other Things to Note: *** EXTRA INFORMATION *** - We provide prepared beds with the high-quality bed linen. One pair of bed linens per guest, per stay. More bed linen can be ordered during your stay at a surcharge. Baby bed linen is not included. - We provide soft and thick bath towels. One big and one small towel per guest, per stay. More bath towels can be ordered during your stay at a surcharge. - We provide a Nespresso machine and 2 free capsules per guest, per stay. - We provide Rituals, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, shower gel, hand-soap good for 3 days. - We provide a few starting amenities enough for at least 3 days: sugar, olive oil, pepper & salt, handwash, detergent, kitchen-towel, kitchen-cloth and a kitchen sponge, kitchen paper and trash bin with bags. We also provide dishwasher tablets if a dishwasher is available. *** HOUSE RULES *** - We do not allow smoking. - We do not allow parties. - We do not allow pets. - We do not allow guests under 26 years. We can make an exception upon request. - We ask all our guests to respect the low noise hours between 22:00 - 08:00. - We ask all our guests to use everything with respect as if it were their own. In case of damage, the paid deposit will be kept for the respective amount. A secure link will be sent to you via Swikly for which you need a credit card. The charged fees for things like accommodation and cleaning are split in 90% for real estate rental and 10% for rental of furniture.
