Sit out on the deck and watch the morning sunrise, dolphins and manatees playing, and the boats going by. Perfect for couples and small families, this home has it all. The large pool and spa area is the place to be during the day soaking up the sun and relaxing. At night catch the evening sunset on the famous sand of Indian Rocks Beach. Come Feel the Florida Sun!
The MASTER BEDROOM accesses the balcony overlooking the waterway with a comfortable king sized bed. The master comes equipped with a flat screen TV for your enjoyment and a walk in closet for storing your personal belongings. The large MASTER BATHROOM has a tiled walk in shower.
The SECOND BEDROOM has a queen size bed and large closet and wood dressers.
The SECOND BATHROOM is centrally located and has a walk in tiled shower.
The LARGE BRAND NEW WATERFRONT POOL AND SPA AREA is the place to be sunbathing, swimming, or just relaxing. There are two BBQ GRILLS for your use.
The fully equipped GRANITE KITCHEN has everything you need to cook great meals and a breakfast bar.
The LIVING ROOM has plush furniture, HD flat screen TV. Graco Pack and Play and High Chair for the little ones is provided.
There is a pay per use Washer and Dryer facility on site. Ironing board, hair dryer and beach towels are provided.
Special Note: This home sleeps 4 in beds, we can accommodate one child in a pack n play for a total of 5 at anytime on the property.
Parking: One reserved parking spot is also included. Additional parking is available.
