The 1st level offers bedroom 1 with queen bed, doona, pillows, 2 x reading lamps and an electric wall heater. Bedroom 2 offers 2 double bunks (1 with trundle), doonas, pillows, electric wall mounted heater and a wall mounted smart TV. There is a large well appointed, modern bathroom located adjacent to the bedrooms containing bath, separate shower, toilet & vanity. The 2nd level comprises bedroom 3 with a queen bed, doona, pillows, reading lamps and fully appointed en suite. The toilet/powder room is also located separately to the bathroom area. The bedroom also features a large round spa with a wall mounted TV, where you can sit back and relax and enjoy the bubbles with a glass of wine.
The 2nd level also showcases the kitchen, lounge and dining room in an open plan living environment. This superbly presented area features a fully equipped kitchen with all the facilities you would ever require when on holiday. There is a large Lounge containing 1 x 3 and 1 x 6 seater leather couches, a smart TV with remote, wood heater and reverse cycle heating/cooling. The dining area contains a large recycled timber dining table with 8 chairs.
The laundry features an automatic washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, brooms and all the necessities you will require.
Totally unwind on the large wrap around deck located on the 2nd level adjacent to the living/dining areas where there is a sliding glass wall. Here you will find a large gas BBQ with outdoor furniture. You will delight in the panoramic views of the ocean and the
