Positive: There was sufficient room for 2 people and we liked the washing machine. There were two good heaters which made it comfortable.

Negative: It was in a rough neighborhood and the building was very old. The pictures of the property made it look better than it actually was.

Summary: Not as good as the pictures made it appear.
