Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Very beautiful apartment with functional kitchen. Hostess was good at communicating and met me at the property.

Negative: I don’t realize when booking that the small piazza the property was in was the nightlife hub of the city. Saturday night there was very loud music and many people right outside the property until 4am. Needless to say.. no sleep on my “rest” day of the Via Francigena. There was no WIFI in the building which made international communication back to my family difficult and also work was a no go. There seemed to be a power issue and I was told o more than 2 “things” ca be on at the same time. What qualifies as a “thing?” Well there’s kettle and the heater prompted a power outage andI was texted instructions to reset the reset box. Overall.. nice place… but no rest for this weary walker.

Summary: Beautiful apartment that needs WiFi and warning about noise.
