Positive: THere was no breakfast. Walter is a wonderful host, very helpful, especially with regard to local knowledge. Only problems were minor-not sure if the refrigerator in room is cold enough-I bought new milk, and it was bad in two days. May or may not have been a result of refrigerator temp; could have been a bad half gallon. But, hospitality of Walter more than made up for it.
Summary: Excellent choice, especially for solo traveler.
