Positive: * Peaceful Waterfront Location: A beautiful, quiet spot right by the water with easy access for swimming. * Scenic Views: Enjoy lovely views of the charming small bay from the balcony.

Negative: * Below Expectations: The apartment appeared more worn and less clean than depicted in photos. * Pest Problem: Significant issues with ants in beds, the kitchen, and food. A defective ant spray was provided, but the problem (noted in a previous guest's review from July 21, 2025) was not resolved. * Lack of Basic Supplies: No welcoming coffee, tea, dish soap, or sponge provided, unlike other accommodations visited this year. * Inadequate Kitchenware: Insufficient small plates, teaspoons, and breakfast bowls for a family of four. Kitchen equipment was very sparse, and there was no microwave oven or coffee machine as in pictures. * Cramped Bathroom: A small bathroom with a crooked toilet seat, and only small towels were available. * Maintenance Issues: A burnt-out lightbulb near the bed. * Misleading Amenities: Sun loungers and parasols shown in pictures were not readily available; only two sun loungers for four apartments, requiring guests to carry them up and down stairs daily. No parasols at all. * Limited Balcony Space: The balcony is very narrow, suitable for four people sitting side-by-side, but only has chairs and a small table for two. * No Waste Disposal: Guests must walk or drive 1 km to a waste container to dispose of trash. * Difficult to Locate: Inconsistent naming (Dinko on Booking.com, Gdinj on Google Maps) and no building name made it hard to find. * Remote Location: A 45-minute drive to the nearest supermarket. * Lack of Host Service: No extra service, guidance, smiles, or communication as owners could not speak German or English. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but it did not meet the high expectations set by its 9.7 average rating on Booking.com. The lack of basic amenities, cleanliness issues, pest problems, and minimal host interaction significantly detracted from the experience, especially compared to other stays with lower ratings but much more attentive hosts.
