Welcome to our holiday apartment in Haus Bergland! Our house is surrounded by the beautiful mountains of the Schladminger Tauern. Surrounded by woods and meadows, you will also enjoy an unforgettable view of the Dachstein massif, the surrounding mountains and the entire Enns valley. In winter you reach the Hauser Kaibling valley station in 8-10 minutes by car and the Planai valley station in Schladming in 13-15 minutes by car. In summer we are your ideal starting point for unforgettable hiking and mountain biking tours.

INFORMATION:

We can accommodate 2 to 5 people (5. Person sleeps on the pull-out couch in our living room). The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a living-sleeping area with pull-out couch, dining table and kitchen block. The bathroom is equipped with shower, vanity with mirror and toilet and hair dryer. In the kitchen you will find an electric stove with hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, water cooker and toaster. We also offer the small but important items for a pleasant stay: WiFi, coffee and filter bags, soap, dish sponge and dishwashing detergent as well as dishwashers. Bed linen, kitchen towels, hand towels and bath towels are provided. And if you are looking for something special on one day or the other, you can discover the many gastronomic establishments in our holiday region (the nearest restaurant is just a 3-minute drive away). Children will definitely enjoy the playground equipment in the garden: trampoline, slide, wooden house with box, swing, play tent with tunnel, small paddling pool.

In winter, Schladming-Dachstein reaches its peak: as part of Ski amadé, the region not only offers 230 kilometers of slopes (total 760 kilometers of ski amadé) and 88 state-of-the-art lifts, but also 100 rustic ski lodges. Our house is surrounded by a beautiful snowy landscape and yet almost in the middle of winter sports. So is the eastern Ersteinstieg in the Schladming 4-mountain ski area, the Hauser Kaibling, only 8-10 minutes drive away. For cross-country skiers we recommend the Nordic Eldorado Ramsau am Dachsteinn: 220 kilometers of top-prepared trails, a night trail and a children's cross-country skiing park for cross-country fans in every age group. But there is also a lot to experience off the slopes and cross-country trails: horse-drawn sleigh rides, winter hikes, tobogganing, paragliding or ski tours. Numerous events, events and refreshments also ensure unforgettable holiday memories.

Here you can enjoy delicious trout dishes and homemade desserts. Family offers such as swimming, pony riding, high-altitude playgrounds, adventure parks, cable car rides (eg on the Hauser Kaibling, the Planai, Reiteralm and the Dachstein) and activities such as rafting and canyoning to archery and paragliding provide great adventure. October), which you can get free of charge from us, gives you free access to over 100 holiday attractions, including bathing lakes, swimming pools and museums, as well as the use of all cable cars and public transport in the region.
