The apartment is air-conditioned, tastefully decorated and finished with distinctive details. The estate, of about 40 hectares, houses a lake, surrounded by woods, large enough for fishing, and an example of architecture of the Roman period. Together with the occupants of the other apartments, you will have access to a large swimming pool with children’s pool area, outdoor shower, playground, small playground and a patio with seating. The outdoor garden adjacent to the pool is divided into private areas each with its own sunbeds and umbrellas.
The apartment is located just 3 kilometers from the village of Foiano della Chiana, where you can do your daily shopping, have a good meal and find the train station. Cortona, about 20 kilometers away, is really worth a visit. This city is situated on top of a hill and is one of the oldest cities in Italy - it is truly amazing.
