Experience the ultimate beach getaway at Ahoy Matey, a newly constructed luxury retreat in the gated community of Emerald Waters Village. This 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom beach home features coastal dรฉcor and high-end finishes, and accommodates up to 14 guests.
Upon entry, guests will be welcomed by natural light illuminating the open living, dining, and kitchen areas, inviting relaxation. The spacious living area offers plush seating, while the gourmet kitchen is equipped with a wine refrigerator and an additional fridge in the laundry room, ideal for preparing meals. The kitchen and dining area provide a perfect setting for a late lunch before embarking on afternoon activities.
All renters must know this is a NON SMOKING property. Meaning no smoking inside or outside under the carport or anywhere on the property grounds. Fees will apply if rules are broken.
Max occupancy is 14 total guests, including infants. Student groups under the age of 25 and chaperoned groups are not allowed.
