A washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board are at your fingertips in the utility closet. When returning for the night, curl up in the spacious primary bedroom with a king-sized bed and ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, and bedroom three offers two twin beds. Televisions with expanded channels and high-speed Wi-Fi allow you to utilize several wireless devices simultaneously. LOCATION: ONLY 1 block from the beach, this condo is central to everything. Take a trip to the “Nation's Summer Capital.” Dine at our 5-star restaurants, unique downtown shops, and THREE Tanger Outlet centers conveniently located approximately 2 miles from the condo, and TAX-FREE! Park and Walk everywhere downtown!
PARKING: Off-street parking for two cars.
AMENITIES: Expanded cable, Wi-Fi, ceiling fans, outdoor shower, balcony, washer & dryer, and stocked kitchen.
THINGS TO KNOW: This condo is on the 2nd floor and offers three levels. There is a primary suite w/ king on the third floor, the additional bedrooms are on the second level, and the first level is the main living area. Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a rental package to guests. Turnover day is Saturday to Saturday during the prime summer months. No pets and no smoking. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
