This 5acre fully fenced park like setting has an 1800sq ft carriage style 3bdm 2bth home which gives you the feeling of living in your own luxury Treehouse; with 10ft ceilings throughout. Open living/kitchen area with gas fireplace, large island with built in table for 6. Plenty of storage with floor to ceiling cabinets in kitchen and ensuite; walkin pantry and walkin closet in master. Master bedroom has vaulted ceiling with fan and king bed; Ensuite boosts a 72x60 walk in shower with overhead rain shower and wall mount handheld shower; as well as free standing tub. Second and 3rd bedrooms offer queen size beds with still room to add a single blow up mattress for extra family members. Granite counters throughout, with laminate flooring and heated tile in bathrooms and laundry. Enjoy the covered deck with eating and living area, gas heaters and firepit to keep you toasty warm. This is a perfect place for family and friends to gather and enjoy their time together. Large gravel driveway gives you plenty of room to bring your boat, trailer, RV or storage pod with still room to park your vehicles. Property also offers guest cabin in back which is great for artist, writer, reader or just wanting private space to get away. Propery has well established trees that you couldnt even put your arms half way around. Spring offers many variety of plants and is my favourite time to see what all made it through the winter. June is huckleberry season and end July/Aug is blueberry season. This property is nestled between 80acres of blueberries and Jackman Wetlands.
