The cottage is located on 10+ acres of wooded land which you are encouraged to enjoy a stroll. The cottage has two decks, the upper deck has a barbecue grill and out door dining table and chairs. The lower deck has Adirondack lounge chairs, swing chairs and a hammock. There is an open fire pit for grilling or an evening wood fire to sit by.
There are two beautiful and pleasant bedrooms with queen size beds and one bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and under the counter oven. There is also a washer and drier within the cottage.
The cottage is located one mile from Copake Lake and Copake Country Club and Golf Course. The cottage is near the gentrified of town Hillsdale, NY which is only 15 minutes away as well as Historic City of Hudson and Great Barrington MA just 30 minutes away.
The Cottage is strategically located with easy access to many activities and historic sites within a short drive. Other recreational activities opportunities include skiing at Catamount Mountain Resort and Butternut Ski Resort in MA; Antiquing, biking trails, Hiking and many other activities all within 30 minutes drive. There are many fine local restaurants as well as coffee shops, grocery stores and farmers markets which are open on most weekends.
