Situated on the desirable ocean side with oceanfront view, it's a 10-15 minute walk into town saving money on costly parking fees. Our penthouse unit and assigned parking spot are just a few steps from the elevator. Updates and upgrades were made to the bathrooms, kitchen, flooring and furniture. The benefits of a penthouse compared to units on lower floors become very apparent with the unobstructed oceanfront balcony view and the interior expansive feel of the cathedral ceiling as you leave the hallway.
MAIN FEATURES:.Besides enjoying ocean views from all living areas, the kitchen is fully renovated with granite countertops and deep sink, soft close cabinetry, new fridge with ice maker, slide in stove with 5 burners, dishwasher, upgraded W/D, and raised pine ceiling with recessed lights - also in DR.
The living room has a 55 inch LG HD TV with Roku Smart TV that allows Netflix, streaming and free movies for added viewing pleasure. Laptop users will certainly appreciate our password protected wireless router for internet reception anywhere in the unit.
The bedroom has a king bed and tv. The unit also features an unusual loft featuring a wider custom steel spiral staircase with oak threads giving you an extra sleeping area with twin beds.
On to the Baths - Your full bath features the newest model of sliding glass enclosure, Italian 8X24, large format, glass porcelain tile walls with random mosaic shower floor. Of course, a new vanity, faucet, toilet, and light fixtures complete this exceptional renovation. The excellent sized master bedroom has a king size bed and private bath with 12X24 Italian porcelain floor to ceiling tiles, new vanity, toilet, and light fixture. There is no tub in this unit.
Three outdoor BBQ grills are provided for guests of Chesapeake House located at the front common area by the parking spaces. You provide the meat and charcoal, Sea Colony provides the hardware! A nice bonus since it's the only form of outdoor grilling permitted on Sea Colony's ocean side. Additionally, four tennis courts, a basketball court and playground are also present in the same vicinity that's within view from the condo's entrance balcony.
The private beach & tennis community features an unmatched offering of amenities including 12 pools (2 indoors), 34 tennis courts (12 Har-Tru clay & 4 indoors), two Fitness Centers (with indoor and outdoor pools, weight room, saunas, whirlpool and gym), children's programs, community shuttle and more.
