The room is exterior with a huge terrace window and very very bright, it is also very quiet without noise as it faces a square without a road or cars.
In the apartment there is a fully equipped and renovated bathroom and kitchen. With coffee maker, toaster, water heater etc etc...
Living room with sofa, 50 "TV and dining table. Cleaning once a week in common areas, bathroom and kitchen included in the monthly expenses, High speed Wifi 600mb, electricity and water.
Armored security door. It is located 2 minutes from Bus 492 (Direction Madrid Aluche and Renfe La Serna, Juan Carlos I University). 2 minutes from night buses N803 and N801. Also 10 minutes walk from Renfe la Serna and 12 from Metro Parque de las stations.
Around there is everything you need (Schools, Supermarkets, Gas Station, Market, Parks, Parking, gyms and sports centers). It has everything you need for a perfect stay including a storage room if you need to store things.
We are looking for quiet, clean, careful and responsible tenants, who like to live with others.

cama de 135 con colchón de gran calidad y con canapé de almacenaje, Armario muy grande, Escritorio y silla de diseño, ademas de cerradura con llave, mesilla y otro pequeño mueble.
La habitación es exterior con ventana enorme de terraza y muy muy luminosa, ademas es muy tranquila sin ruidos ya que da a plaza sin carretera ni coches.
En la vivienda hay baño y cocina totalmente equipados y reformados. Con cafetera, tostador, calentador de agua etc etc ...
Salon con Sofa, TV de 50 " y mesa comedor.
Limpieza 1 vez por semana en zonas comunes, baño y cocina incluido en los gastos mensuales por persona que son 50 € ademas de Wifi alta velocidad 600mb, electricidad y agua. Puerta de seguridad blindada.
Se encuentra a 2 min de Bus 492 ( Dirección Madrid Aluche y Renfe La Serna, Universidad Juan Carlos I ). 2 min de Buses nocturnos N803 y N801. Ademas a 10 min andando de Renfe la Serna y 12 de Metro Parque de las estaciones.
Alrededor hay todo lo necesario ( Colegios, Supermercados, Gasolinera, Mercado, Parques, Aparcamiento, gimnasios y polideportivos). Tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta incluido un trastero si necesitáis guardar cosas.
