Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: The staff behaviour and their helpful attitude. Due to exceptional rush on Sunday 30 March our vehicle couldn't reach upto the hotel. The front desk Manager Pankaj Thakur came upto the car to help us take our baggage. Then my wife had an accidental fall in the property and was bleeding from injuries to her head, Pankaj provided the first aid and also got some medicines. Because of my wife's injury I had to check out 3 days early. I appreciate booking.com for waiving their commission and the hotel for effecting full refund for the unavailed days.
Negative: The staircase for going to downstairs rooms was not safe as not very well lit and a bit slippery. Same for the staircase for going to the first floor dining hall. The room had different levels which could be dangerous as tripping and falling risk increase. As senior citizen we would have liked one of the upper story rooms that were available but despite asking were given the below rooms. The food served was pricy and not so great although we were given a 20% rebate. Breakfast was included in price but was ordinary. Coffee was good.
