This listing is for 3 separate apartments that are booked together. You will have 3 separate entrances to 3 separate apartments with 3 parking spaces. The three bedroom apartment is downstairs and the two bedroom apartments are upstairs, side by side.
This bright and spacious rental unit is close to everything in Ocean Beach! The beach is 1.5 blocks away, its location is easily walkable to shops, pubs/restaurants and entertainment venues. The three bedroom apartment is 850 square feet and the two bedroom apartments are 650 square feet.
The upstairs units have an open living room with a high vaulted ceiling and plenty of windows to take advantage of ocean breezes. The living rooms showcase a wall-mounted 65” flat-screen TV. The kitchen is part of the same open space, allowing easy flow between the areas. The dining area in the upstairs units has built-in seating booths with additional chairs to comfortably seat six people. The dining area in the downstairs unit has a custom-built white oak table with bench seating. The quartzite kitchen countertops, modern appliances, plenty of cabinet storage and well-equipped kitchens allows easy meal preparation.
The bathrooms have an overhead rain shower and a hand-held shower with multiple towel racks and hooks.
Each bedroom features a queen bed with high quality bed linens, TV, closet and wall mirror.
The units also contain a washer/dryer, heating and air conditioning, and free Wi-Fi.
