Newly renovated apartment located in a 2-floor building, rented student and only student. The flat offers you a lovely single bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. The bedroom consists of it has a large space, on one side the bed from the other space for suitcases bookcase, cabinets, and a desk. The private bathroom has a walk-in shower and a Velux window. The apartment consists of entrance hall, kitchen, living room, a double room with private bathroom. On the upper floor, there is a single attic with a private bathroom. Each room has its own private bathroom! The apartment has independent heating and offers all comfort to make you feel home :)
This property s located in CENTRO - Porta Romana, beginning of Via Senese just before the Boboli Gardens / Pitti. The area is well served by different amenities; shops, restaurants, and bars. The public transportation is well connected to all part of Florence.

Ditta di gestione patrimoni immobiliari AFFITTA CAMERA SINGOLA CON BAGNO PRIVATO in centro PORTA ROMANA (giardini di Boboli, Pitti). La palazzina è di solidue piani ingresso cucina soggiorno camera doppia con il bagno personale , si sale su dalla scala (hidden) mansarda con il bagno in camera, ha un ampio spazio , da una parte il letto dall'altra spazio per valigie libreria , armadi ,scrivania , finestra velux in bagno ed in camera . L'appartamento è ben isolato e ristrutturato si tratta di una casa calda è una palazzina molto tranquilla abitata da studentesse, nella camera doppia con bagno al piano di sotto ci saranno altre studentesse tranquille e simpatiche del secondo anno dell'accademia di ballo Opus ballet di danza classica.
il prezzo €450 NON INCLUSE LE utenze da volturare al conduttore ( i conduttori possono prendere le bollette e pagarle la posta è sotto casa).
la via è super servita banca posta e supermarket fruttivendolo tutto sotto casa.
