At the end of a cul-de-sac you will find this lovely 125m2 cottage built in 2017. The cottage is bright and friendly and from the large well equipped kitchen there is a good view of the dining area and living room. The stove is positioned so that it can be enjoyed both from the living room and from the kitchen. The large windows provide a fantastic light and a look at Fanø's beautiful nature. The bathroom offers a delicious spa for two people, a large shower and underfloor heating for the colder days. From the spacious entrance hall with plenty of storage space you will find the cottage's three large rooms - all with double beds of 180x200 cm and good closets. One room is also equipped with TV - exclusively for streaming. All rooms have their own exit to the wooden terrace that surrounds most of the cottage. Here it is always possible to find sun and shelter while listening to the North Sea roar. When the dew falls, you can retreat under the covered terrace and enjoy watching pheasants, rabbits and deer frolic in their natural surroundings. In the cottage there are also facilities for the little ones such as sandpit, swings, high chair and weekend bed. A really beautiful holiday home on the most beautiful island within walking distance of Fanø's most beautiful beach. NO YOUTH GROUPS - not even pets. Free final cleaning!
