For the exteriors, we have installed a spa, fire pit, and a mist system. You'll get clean, drinkable water throughout the home due to whole house water softener/filtration system. There are two other units attached to this listing, so the exteriors will be shared, and exterior amenities are available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you need access to the garage for storage, please let us know at least 48 hours prior to your arrival; there might be a small fee to use our garage.
You can exclusively reserve the Meridian Dimension One Spa which can sit 7 people for a one-time initial service fee of $90.
What to expect:
A clean, warm, cozy, comfortable home for small family/worker get-togethers. A quaint kitchen for your cooking needs & quick responses from host/staff to resolve any unforeseen issues. An additional kitchenette for a small family/couple/worker who desires extra privacy in the master suite, with French doors that can be closed to create a separate 1b/1b unit; this front master suite has a separate entry from the main house with a separate kitchenette that functions like a full second kitchen, ideal for executives/guests/couples/small families who need extra privacy to work or to relax, but it won't be ideal for light sleepers because social noises can possibly be heard from another attached unit. For entertainment, there is a pool table and 3 TVs, including 2 smart TVs with rokus with complimentary netflix and sling cable TV. You will share one wall with another listing, also rented to guests, so social noises can possibly be heard in the common areas. BBQ grill, yard, laundry room, and parking available on a first-come, first-served basis.
To respect sleeping neighbors, all guests are expected to observe quiet hours between 10pm and 6am; please notify host if guests from other areas don't abide by this rule.
What NOT TO EXPECT: Brand-new furnishings, a spic and span fully remodeled home with brand-new tiles/granite countertops, a beautiful backyard, your own private parking areas/laundry room/backyard, the color of the comforters to match the advertised photos (we swap comforters). Such luxurious homes don't go for this affordable price.

This home is in a single family residential neighborhood, but because it shares walls with two other units on the same parcel, it functions similar to a townhome. There will be one shared wall between guest suites and the other units; also behind the blue curtains, there is a French door locked on both sides, insulated against sound (though not always successfully). Exclusive use of all 3 units is available for big groups (can accommodate up to 35); please reach out to host for more details. We are seeking funds to add a pool, jacuzzi, and outdoor grill, so backyard pool construction might happen during your stay; if construction is a concern, please ask host if construction might be happening during your reservation.
