This 4 bedroom, 2 bath home features a steamy brand new HOT TUB with 30+ jets, an in-home THEATRE with a 120IN PROJECTOR, and a gorgeous front porch equipped with a newly furnished patio set, fire pit, and waterfall. The property was recently equipped with Pierce Links, a brand new 420 friendly beer pong putt putt course. Host guests at Pierce Links while firing up the NexGrill propane outdoor grill. Guests needs to either bring their own propane gas or utilize the Cynch application to place an order. This KushKation also has a fully loaded GAME ROOM with FOOSBALL, AIR HOCKEY, BASKETBALL, and a retro PAC MAN ARCADE GAME. In each bedroom, you will find a comfy queen bed and a 32 in Roku Smart TV. The Living Room
The living room has plenty of room to stretch out and chill with friends and family with an oversized sectional couch and additional futon for extra sleeping! Kushkations is proud to offer all the accessories needed to consume the legal Colorado bud including glass pipes, a bong, dab rig, papers, and smokable 420 coffee mugs! These accessories can be found in the living room.
The Bedrooms
The home has 3 floors with 4 spacious bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor and the other is on the lower floor, where the theater area is. Each room is furnished with one QUEEN-sized bed and has its own 32IN SMART TV where you can stream using your own streaming platform. Two of the four bedrooms have a desk and chair, and ALL bedrooms have full-body mirrors.
The Bathrooms
There are two full bathrooms in the home! The marble tile shower walls give a contemporary vibe. One of the bathrooms is located on the upper floor, and the remaining is on the lower floor with the 4th bedroom and theater area. The upstairs bathroom features a tub shower combination with a large vanity and lots of storage. The downstairs bathroom features a walk-in shower that has great water pressure for a steamy and relaxing shower. This bathroom is also where the WASHER/DRYER is located. Minor toiletries included.
The Game Room/SunRoom
You will feel as if you are at an arcade with a fully stocked game room. There is a FOOSBALL and AIR HOCKEY table for those who enjoy a fun match with friends and family, as well as a basketball hoop shoot game! There is also a Pac-Man arcade game that will bring you back to the 80s with its retro style and joystick controller. Board games are also provided. The game room is located in the sunroom where you will experience a lot of natural light brightening the mood as you play!
