Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The unit is beautiful and well appointed. On the 3rd floor-accessed by elevators. Loved the location. Great view from the balcony. Comfortable beds and furnishings. Televisions in living room and both bedrooms.

Negative: Check in information given by Vacasa was incomplete and unclear. Main building door and parking garage door code was not included in the check in information. I Had to text Vacasa customer service to get that code before we could access the building. The unit door code given in the check in information was incorrect. I had to text again to get a correct unit door code but instructions weren’t given as to how to enter that code to get the door to unlock and lock. We finally figured it out on our own. Very frustrating locking system. There were maintenance issues in the unit-some bulbs out, a bathroom sink that wouldn’t drain, the door to the balcony won’t lock because the deadbolt doesn’t line up with the striker plate. The gas fireplace pilot light is always on which makes the glass door hot to the touch and keeps the living room space too warm in summer. Only one parking pass per unit which is inconvenient for a unit that accommodates 10. Very limited guest parking.
