1 & 3/4 hours from Toronto, this charming chalet style 3 bedroom cottage is nestled on a beautiful treed lot. A 3 minute stroll to a private, sandy beach with clear water. 2 other beaches nearby. The cottage feels very private but not isolated. Open-concept kitchen, dining area and living room. Dishwasher. 2 queen beds and 1 double bed. Pillows and blankets provided. 2 washrooms, one with shower & tub. Washer and dryer. Air conditioning and heating and electric fireplace. Well stocked kitchen with many utensils, dishes, and pots and pans. Fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker & grinder, kettle, air popper, blender, and slow cooker. Basic spices and condiments, hand and dish soap are provided. The municipal water is excellent for drinking. BBQ and outdoor dining and seating areas. Chaise lounges, tables and chairs for reading/napping under the trees. Beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon, beach toys and water shoes provided. Unlimited Wi-fi. Smart TV, DVD, Stereo, books and games. There are 2 decks: one off the upper front bedroom for quiet times and the other off the living room for dining and relaxing.
