Built in 2004, this beautifully decorated ground level condo is located just one block from Main Street at the west end of the quaint town of Frisco. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this condo has a cozy mountain feel with a very relaxing environment. Great views of the mountains from all sides, and just a stones throw away from Ten Mile Creek.
After you park in the reserved, covered parking you walk into the building and the unit is immediately in front of you. Once inside the unit you have a dining table which seats 4. Next to the dining table is the living area which has a queen sofa sleeper, 43 inch smart tv, ceiling fan, and a gas fireplace so you can warm up quickly after a long day out on the slopes. Next to the living area is a bathroom with a shower/tub combo.
Beyond the living area is the large kitchen with granite counters and updated black appliances, in here you'll find everything you need to cook up a big breakfast before you head out and enjoy the amazing scenery that surrounds you. There is a separate pantry area next to the refrigerator. For your convenience there is a stack-able washer/dryer located in a closet in the kitchen area.
Off of the living area you will find the both bedrooms. The guest bedroom to the right has a queen bed and flat screen TV. The master bedroom is on the left and it has a king bed, ceiling fan, and a flat screen TV. The master bedroom has its own private bath with a glass shower. The guest bath with tub/shower combination is located between the the two bedrooms.
Great location...truly at the heart of it all. Ski shuttle and free bus transportation just 100 yards away. Six breath taking resorts all within ashort drive; Copper-5 min, Breck-15 min, Keystone-15 min, Vail- 30 min, and Beaver Creek-40 min.
