Zum abendlichen entspannen, lädt ein kleiner aber feiner Balkon mit Tisch und 2 Sitzmöglichkeiten ein. Darüberhinaus ist die Wohnung mit 2 großen Kleiderschränken, TV Board, sowie einem schwenkbaren Flatscreen TV ausgestattet.
Die Küche ist löffelfertig ausgestattet und bietet Ihnen ein 2-Zonen Cerankochfeld, ein Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach, Tassimo Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Toaster und Mini-Backofen. Darüberhinaus sind Besteck, Geschirr, Gläser, Töpfe, Pfannen und diverse andere Utensilien komplett zur Selbstversorgung vorhanden.

The apartment is fully equipped so you can move in carefree.
A 140 x 200 cm bed is available for a restful sleep and a folding wall table and chair for the home office. To relax in the evening, a small but fine balcony with a table and 2 seating options invites you. In addition, the apartment is equipped with 2 large wardrobes, TV board and a swiveling flat screen TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to move in with only a suitcase and offers you a 2-zone ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment, Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, toaster and mini oven. In addition, cutlery, dishes, glasses, pots, pans and various other utensils are available for self-sufficiency.
The chic bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer and towel warmer.
A free underground parking space is available for parking, as well as a separate basement compartment for storing a bicycle or other things. A washing machine and dryer are also available.
The rent includes internet, electricity, water, GEZ(broadcasting fee), washing machine/dryer and an underground parking space.
