This system is only in use in winter when the villa is not occupied. Detectors are in place in front of the exits.
The detectors cannot take a picture if the alarm is not on. The alarm is never turned on during the rental period (see GSI certificate).
- The gym is forbidden to minors under the age of 16 without supervision
- The land at the bottom of the property has been landscaped respecting its authenticity. This steep and unsecured area appearing beyond the gate located at the bottom of the garden is accessible to tenants but under their full responsibility.
