Today completely renovated to become a charming residence, it is characterized by large and bright rooms finely furnished with an exquisite mix of antique and shabby-chic in which respect for materials and tradition are also evident in the choice of colors, with a prevalence of white, which define each room.
The rental cost includes: bed and bath linen, pool towels, all utilities, Wifi internet, cleaning service twice a week (cleaning means tidying up the bedrooms and bathrooms).
However, an extra fee remains to be paid: 200eur for final cleaning.
Upon request and at an extra cost it is possible to organize additional cleaning services and cook service.

Sleeping area: 2 double bedrooms each with en-suit bathroom / shower, mezzanine corridor with 2 single beds, 1 double bedroom on the mezzanine with the possibility of 1 extra single bed, 1 bathroom / shower in the corridor, hallway with staircase leading to leads to the "tower suit" on the first floor consisting of a small living area with sofas and French windows for accessing the large panoramic terrace, 1 large and bright double bedroom (note: this room uses the bathroom on the ground floor which is right next to the stairs).
All bedrooms have air conditioning.

Square internal courtyard furnished with umbrellas, table and chairs for 12 people, perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners, relaxation corner with wicker sofas and armchairs;
Swimming pool 11×5.50 (1.20m deep) recently built in a corner of the property which is almost a small natural quarry, with a solarium area around it equipped with sun loungers and gazebo set up with cushions, sofa and armchairs; very large land of which a part deliberately preserved in its original state while the part closest to the house is characterized by a beautiful partially terraced garden full of trees, flowers and plants typical of the Mediterranean scrub.
Equipment: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave oven, kitchen mixer, stereo system, Wifi, 2 Tvs, Bbq, fans in the bedrooms, mosquito nets, 2 bicycles. The Masseria is equipped with air conditioning in all bedrooms.
