Park View is a pet friendly 2 bedroom cottage in the beautiful historic village of Sewerby near Bridlington.
A cosy and peaceful home which would suit solo travellers, couples, families or friends. Sorry no stag or hen parties.
The Cliff tops are only minutes away with the Ship Inn and a takeaway coffee shop on the way. Amazing views, walking and cycling awaits you alternatively catch the cliff top train to Bridlington when running for some tasty fish and chips!
The space
Park View sleeps up to 4 guests.
Bedroom 1 has a king size bed with Hypnos mattress . New furniture throughout with dressing table.
Our second bedroom has 2 singles beds which can also be linked and zipped to create a luxurious king size bed. Facing onto rear garden accessed via double patio doors.
Modern relaxing lounge with dining area, electric wood burning effect stove and a 43" HD TV. Recently refurbished with new flooring and high quality furniture.
Fully equipped kitchen including Bosch dishwasher, microwave and Beko washing machine
New family bathroom featuring corner shower and Grohe shower with different spray settings.
Good sized private garden to rear with new fencing and table/chairs. Secure for pets and children. Plenty of space for bikes.
Guest access
The whole house is available for guests to use as is the outdoor space.
Parking is on the road immediately outside which is a layby off Church Lane offering plenty of spaces.
Other things to note
We love furry friends but please keep out of bedrooms and no showers! We have a dog shower under the kitchen sink! We are happy for your pets to sit with you on the sofa but please ensure you use a blanket. Thank you!
