A luxurious beachfront condominium professionally managed by Florida Vacation Connection is located on the world-renowned Longboat Key and only minutes from St. Armand's Circle and downtown Sarasota.
This penthouse level provides TWO balconies and the advantage of no one living above you. Clean, and bright with modern touches, this condo has been extensively renovated including; raised ceilings, open kitchen, porcelain wood-look planked tile throughout, solid wood cabinets, stainless appliances, granite counter tops and new lighting. There are new showers/bathtub, sinks, toilets, faucets and hardware in both bathrooms.
The kitchen is stocked with everything guests will need to prepare meals and cocktails for sunset! There is Wi-Fi throughout and TV's in both bedrooms as well as a nice big one in the living room.
The main bedroom has a king-sized bed with sliding doors out to the balcony. The luxurious master suite has a walk-in closet, dressing area / vanity, and a beautiful walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two twin beds that leads to the second bathroom (can also be accessed in the hallway).
Beachplace is a friendly complex of 11 buildings, 4 of which are beachfront. There is a resort style pool, spa, children's pool, fitness rooms, clubroom, grill area, and tennis courts/pickleball court. Umbrellas and chairs on the beach are provided to guests free of charge.
There is an UNDER-BUILDING parking spot adjacent to the entry door and a second one across from the main front entrance to the building.
