We serve you with the smile and accent of the south, in a relaxed atmosphere, and you will find all the Provencal specialties of the season. That of Sablet is held on Friday morning, welcoming a dozen local producers. Pleasant and picturesque wine village, surrounded by ramparts, Sablet languorously extends at the foot of the Dentelles de Montmirail, extraordinary limestone arrows erected in the azure sky and renowned for being a popular walking and climbing site, and the west of the Giant of Provence, the famous Mont Ventoux, whose summit of a lunar whiteness culminates at nearly 2000m of altitude. Its pretty, shady, flower-filled alleyways wind around its 12th century church.
