Thornton Park is a great neighborhood, close to Amway Center, Dr Phillips Performing Arts, and Lots of Bars and Nightlife. Lake Eola is within walking distance and Sundays are the best for Farmers Market

Disney is located 18 miles away and takes about 20 minutes to get there without traffic. Universal Studios is located 9 miles away and is approximately 15 mins to get there. Orlando Convention Center is 11 miles away and takes about 20 minutes to get there as well.
The space is conveniently located in the highly sought after Lake Eola downtown area.
