Positive: It was a great location and loved the courtyard which was perfect.
Negative: The place was really very nice, but it was extremely hot and I was somehow not aware there was no air-conditioning despite asking and being told there was a "thermostat". And only two small fans that were not enough to begin to cool it down in the very hot "103" afternoon. So that was something that made coming back to the unit and trying to make dinner a challenge.
Summary: It would be perfect if it had a cooling device of some kind.
