Villa Maria is a beautiful country house, located in the hills surrounding Patti, in a quiet and sunny position, with a view of the Aeolian Islands. It is located a short distance from the sea (7 km), in one of the most beautiful stretches of the Tyrrhenian coast of Sicily, where beaches and coves alternate with cliffs, just a few minutes from the Marinello nature reserve, with its suggestive small lakes, and from the archaeological excavations of ancient Tyndaris, with its famous Greek theatre. Its proximity to the motorway (6 km) makes it an ideal point for excursions throughout Sicily and in particular to the Nebrodi Natural Park, Cefalù, Taormina, the Aeolian Islands (in summer there is a direct connection from the port of Patti), Mount Etna and the Alcantara Gorges, to name but a few. In front of the house is a large terrace with pergola, paved and equipped for relaxing al fresco dining (garden furniture, barbecue and wood-burning oven). All around is a beautiful, well-kept garden with a rich vegetation of olive trees and other typical local plants. The cosy, well-divided interiors are tastefully and functionally furnished. Covered parking space for three cars in front of the house. Air conditioning with heat pumps. Cot on request.
