Summary: This is a wonderful home. My family takes an annual trip to Surfside each summer. We really love how laid back the town is. We have stayed in multiple other homes over the years but this one was our favorite. It is very well equipped and is a very close walk to the beach. It is also a short walk to a beach front restaurant which has live music and decent food. The home is a newer build so all of the appliances are current. We really liked the shower on the first floor and right outside the front door on the main entry level. The washer/dryer worked well. Having all the rooms on the same level helped make us feel more comfortable with our small child. The smart TV in the living room allowed us to watch whatever we wanted and we were able to hook up our Nintendo Switch with ease. The coffee maker was combo Keurig/slow drip which was very nice. The fridge was large enough to handle everything and even had an ice maker (even though we question the water in Surfside, I used the fridge made ice and had no issues). The king bed in the main bedroom was the most comfortable in all of the homes we have stayed in. The AC kept up very well and kept us comfortable. Finally and most important, the property manager Trish was incredibly helpful. Her communication and willingness to go above and beyond is what will likely make this home our annual vacation spot. Thank you!!!
