Occupying the entire oceanfront block of Collins avenue, between 23rd and 24th streets, It puts travellers in an ideal position to take advantage of everything South Beach has to offer, while staying slightly out of the fray for a quiet night’s sleep.
The following items are included in the daily resort fee, applied at the time of check in and payable directly to the 1 Hotel and not included in the quote: Beach loungers umbrella, Gym , Sporting facilities, Spa, free Yoga classes, Internet access, 24-hour business centre, use of the Hotels Audi etron cars for short trip, the Residencies' staff on hand and much more, great value considering all this.
On arrival a $55 plus tax daily resort fee is to be collected at the time of registration. Please be advised you will again need a pictured ID for registration and a credit card to secure spending for incidentals/resort fee. The 1 Hotel will be authorizing your credit card at check-in for $200 per day for up to 7 days. If any incidentals incur, they will be charged to your temporary house account and then settled upon check out.
Daily cleaning is not included, but can be arranged.
