There is NO DRIVING OR PARKING necessary to frequent Avalon's finest restaurants, bars and recreation and only 2 blocks to the beach! This 3 story, 6 bedroom, 6.5 bathroom home has the highest quality finishes including furniture grade cabinetry, high end appliances (Subzero and Wolf), wide plank, white oak hardwood floors, family room bar with dishwasher and refrigerator drawers, outdoor bar with custom cabinetry and large screen TV. It is also equipped with a Sonos in-ceiling sound system inside and out. High-speed internet, WiFi, is supported by three (3) inside access points and one (1) outside access point. Property does not provide COMCAST CABLE TV. Property provides 4 televisions & service through Apps & streaming that require tenant accounts.
The 12' x 26' Pool includes a six-person elevated spa and a tanning ledge. There is a grill on the second floor deck just outside of the dining room.
The first and second floor wraparound decks with hanging porch swing provide for ample room to relax, people watch and enjoy family and friends. Two bedrooms boast private decks and a third bedroom has access to the second floor wraparound. There is plenty of closet space as well as two laundry rooms and an oversized one car garage. This home will make any family vacation memorable.
Also, this home has an elevator only available for handicap accessibility for our tenants with a medical need and the master bath is handicap accessible.
