Manson is located about 10 minutes north of downtown Chelan, giving you a spacious resort-like experience in a serene waterfront setting. Guests at the Yacinde enjoy access to Wapato Point amenities like the indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness center and the Wapato Point Cellars & The Winemakers Grill, an elegant restaurant within walking distance of Yacinde. Even better, the peninsula and its many docks and beaches make the property prime for boating, paddle-boarding and swimming in the lake. Those who like to stay dry can even enjoy the fishing pond, minigolf, the playground or walks around the 100+ acre private property. Wapato Point is also within walking distance to downtown Manson bars, restaurants and shops for those wanting to venture off the property. We are close to virtually everything that this beautiful part of Washington State has to offer. The question now remains: “In what type of Yacinde Condominium do you want to enjoy it?” We have options for you!
The Condominium. Just the facts:
Two-level condo with living room, full kitchen, and loft with two queen beds. Living room has seating for everyone and a sofa/bed for extra heads. Fully equipped kitchen, one large bathroom, and all air-conditioned. Cable TV included (if you must). Balcony overlooking pool and grounds with surrounding mountains and Lake Chelan. Just think…
You get up in the morning, open the drapes and there it is: the mountains and pristine Lake Chelan, calling out for you to play, relax, visit a winery, or sit poolside with a loved one. What will you do today? Take a stroll into town and see what Manson has to offer, or just stay in the solitude of your private waterfront condo to soak up the Western Washington heat? Maybe take a walk over to Wapato Point Cellars and enjoy dinner and some local wines. Sounds nice, yes? Take your time …you have all day.
Some formalities:
*Some photos and the layout may not be exactly as shown in these photos. Photos provided may be generic photos of the unit type and floor plan, but views may vary depending on building location.
*The fireplace is no longer permitted for use by guests.
*There may be some construction from February through July, 2023 for the new retention wall along the waterfront. If this interferes with your access to or enjoyment on the beach, you will find that there is beach all around Wapato Point, so feel free to pick another place on Wapato Point to enjoy. If you have questions about this once you arrive, just give us a call.
*Some unreserved units may be undergoing some remodeling during your visit to the Yacinde Village, and there may be some workers around the property. No work is anticipated after 5:00 pm on any day of the week, and we are working closely together with the team to minimize any disruption to our guests. The seasonal exterior pool and hot tub will remain open.
