This newly-constructed (2016) home boasts a private heated (always 85) screened-in pool. The home's southern exposure orientation keeps the pool in the warm sun all day. Four "Beach Cruiser" bikes are also included. This luxury beach-theme vacation home is stocked with everything you need so you can relax and enjoy the island!
As you step into this lovely newly constructed home, you feel refreshed as you gaze up toward the open-air 14 foot ceilings. Enter the living room to a plush new sofa and comfy loveseat. Past the living area, you'll find a beautifully appointed dining table with seating for 6 guests to enjoy a delicious meal.
The fully equipped kitchen offers ample granite countertop space for preparing a home-cooked meal while your travel companions join you. Enjoy the feast at the nearby dining table, while taking in the views of the pool as you dine.The chef in your group will appreciate the new stainless steel appliances.
Bask in the sun when you head out onto the brand new screened-in lanai to take a refreshing swim in the sparkling, heated (always 85) pool. Then dry off under the warm Florida sun as you soak up the rays on the plush chaise lounge chairs. Best of all, this home’s lanai features a delightfully shaded sitting area served by a flat-screen cable TV. Watch the kids in the pool while enjoying your favorite entertainment. When hunger strikes, cookout on the gas grill and enjoy your lunch at the nearby patio table. After a fun-filled day, retreat to one of the cozy bedrooms for a peaceful slumber. The spacious master has a king bed, second also a king, third bedroom a queen, and the fourth has three twin beds including a roll out. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa with memory foam. This spacious newly constructed home sleeps 11 comfortably in beds.
Enjoy your favorite program on any one of four flat-screen cable TVs in the bedrooms living room, and out on the lanai.
Your family can tour the island on the four provided “Beach Cruiser” bicycles parked in the garage awaiting your adventure. Beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach toys, pool toys, etc. are also included. Pack lightly when you travel to this lovely home, as you'll be able to refresh your laundry in the washer and dryer.
The pool is electrically heated always 85 degrees. Enjoy!
Minutes from the white sand beach, Mackle Park, tennis park, boating & jetski rental, mini golf park, etc. etc. There's so much to do right on the island. The city of Naples is a half hour drive. Try airboat tours in the everglades and so much more!

This upscale beach-themed vacation home is located a mile from the beach - less than 5 minutes by car, 10 minute bike ride, or 20-30 minute walk. Free easy beach access is included - we cover your beach access parking for the duration of your stay.
We have been known to offer discounts to kind, respectful folks who assure us they will treat our home as their own. Just ask :) ...
No storm damage. All is back to normal.
There is a current construction project going on the lot behind the house.
Please note: In times that the weather presents temperatures that are unusually cold for this part of the country (below 70 degrees) the pool heaters will not work as well as expected because they rely on heat exchange to heat the pool and the reverse heat pumps are not as efficient at heating the pool water in cooler temperatures.

Security Cameras are on the outside of the house, and are recording during a reservation, NO cameras are inside the home or have a view of the inside of the house.
Noise detection sensors installed at the property – These devices monitor decibel levels at the property 24 hours a day and automatically notify us if noise levels are too high.
