In order to ensure a worry-free stay. We have two options. One is a $500 refundable deposit or $49 non-refundable damage waiver. The deposit will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay and the waiver will cover damages up to $500.00.
The House is located in a very quiet neighborhood. It's centrally located in the heart of Broward County. We are literally minutes from everything. While visiting the Greater Fort Lauderdale area you'll experience 23 miles of promenade-lined beachfronts and explore a destination that boasts an impressive art scene, world-class restaurants, craft breweries, nightlife, shopping, casinos, and the Everglades on its doorstep. Cruise along the “Venice of America,” explore shipwreck dive sites in the “Wreck Capital of Florida,” and get lost in botanical gardens with lush tropical plants and native wildlife.

This 960 sqft single-family house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. It's centrally located in the heart of Broward County. We are literally minutes from everything. **Minimum Main Guest Age: 24
**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service and pest control management that may come during your stay.
We recommend that you have car or use Uber.
Same day bookings will require at least 4 hours to process your reservation.
