The cottage can sleep six people in one double bedroom with en-suite shower, one double and one twin bedroom together with ground floor bathroom. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Outside is off road parking for two cars and an enclosed front lawn and enclosed rear patio with furniture. 14 Boscaswell Downs is a perfect choice for a Cornish getaway.

Electric double range cooker with slow cook oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, TV with Freeview and Netflix, DVD, Bluetooth speaker, WiFi. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed front lawned garden with furniture and BBQ and enclosed rear patio with furniture. Two well-behaved pets welcome (downstairs only). Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pubs 2 mins walk. Note: Check-in time is 3pm.
