It is our utmost priority to ensure that you have as comfortable a stay as possible. But to do so, we would really appreciate it if you could follow these simple house rules:
1. No Smoking Inside. If you must smoke, you can do so outside.
2. Pets: Happy to host your furry animals but must be crated when left alone. Please clean up after your pet, and at a minimum, vacuum the property prior to vacating.
3. Registered guest: Make sure to put the right number of check-in guests when you book, this helps us prepare the correct amount of bedding, towels and consumables for you.
4. No Parties: Our home is not a party house and should be used responsibly. Please respect the home and the neighbourhood community. You will be fined and immediately expelled for having parties at the property.
5. Shh... Quiet hours are 10 pm - 8 am. Be considerate to the neighbours and your surrounding. The walls are very thin and even conversations can be transmitted through late in the evening.
For security purposes, we will require you to provide a valid ID, and a security deposit, and to agree to our terms and conditions.
