Villa Blossom is a delightful 3-bedroom semi-detached villa situated in the Ortaallan area of Kalkan. The villa built over 3 levels has a lovely furnished roof terrace with sea and mountain views over Kalkan Bay, plus a good-sized private pool and terrace furnished with ample sun-loungers and parasols, which is accessed from the living area via sliding doors.
The property has new owners and was recently refurbished for the 2021 summer season with ample modern furnishings to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people
In a convenient location, Kalkans quaint Centre with its array of quirky buildings, harbour and sophisticated shops bars and restaurants is only a short 10 min stroll with a large only 5 mins away
Ground Floor (entrance level)
The front door opens into the open plan living space. The living area is furnished with sofa chairs, coffee table and wall-mounted TV.
The modern kitchen area is well-equipped with fridge-freezer, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher Bosch kettle and toaster.
A shower room and WC are also located on this level
Lower Ground Floor
Stairs from the living area lead down to the lower ground floor
a large twin room (If required, the beds can be configured as a double). This room has an an-suite shower room with large walk-in shower. Sliding doors from the Bedroom lead out onto a terrace that has views over the surrounding olive groves out towards the sea
Top Floor
There are two double bedrooms on this level – each of these have en-suite shower
rooms and access to the sea view balcony that runs across the width of the property.

Outside
Villa Blossom has three terraces, Steps from the main terrace, lead down to a split-level
terrace on the lower ground floor (which can also be accessed via the bedroom on the lower
ground floor). This terrace has a dining table (to seat 6 guests) set beneath a mature olive tree which provides welcome shade.
The roof terrace is the third terrace area – this has great views and comfortable seating, plus
two sun-loungers in a perfect spot to enjoy the spectacular sunsets before heading into town for dinner.
