Lovely town house in Javea for 6 persons, located in the urbanisation Cala Blanca with an amazing communal pool with slides, palm trees, bridges and a children's pool. This 3 storey town house has 3 bedrooms, of which two have their own balcony, 2 bathrooms and a nice outside area on the down stairs level. It has a cosy sitting room with a TV, WiFi and a chimney and each floor has an air conditioning unit. A lovely holiday home for families with children. The Cala Blanca urbanisation is located not far from the Arenal beach, in 2-3 minutes by car you reach this sandy beach with boulevard, restaurants, bars and shops. For those who would like to walk, it can be reached by foot in approx. 20 minutes. Nearby at only 600m away is the Cala Blanca, also known as the La Caleta beach, a rocky bay with beautiful views. There is a supermarket around the corner, larger supermarkets are only a couple of minutes drive. Main floor
