Deposit of €300 in Pre-authorization by credit card.
Please return the house the way you found it (dishes made , trash cans taken out)
Otherwise, an additional cleaning fee will apply.
The accommodation is non-smoking and parties are not allowed, no noise nuisance between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. if this is not respected penalties will apply.
