Welcome to my home!
This spacious, two-storied apartment has been recently renovated with all the modern amenities needed for a comfortable stay in Lisbon! With a fully-equipped kitchen with complimentary Nespresso pods, bottled water and a dishwasher (for added convenience). A large dining table, two bedrooms and a rootop-terrace that offers panoramic views of Alcântara. Parts of the original building from the 19th century are still preserved or restored such as the kitchen tiles, windows and railings.
If you wish to have a quiet night in, board games are available in the living room alongside the TV.
All the beds found in my home are lined with hotel quality linens for a comfortable sleep. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries are also provided at your convenience as well.
My home will also be cleaned and sanitised before your arrival.

Please note that there is no elevator in the building.
NOTE: The ceiling on the second floor has a very low ceiling height.

## Neighborhood
Once a thriving port on the Tagus River, the Alcântara neighborhood has become a busy nightlife hub. Trendy crowds converge on the waterfront eateries and clubs in the converted warehouses of Santo Amaro Docks, near the 25 de Abril Bridge. Nearby, funky bars, boutiques and art spaces occupy the vast LxFactory space. The Orient Museum shows Asian and Portuguese art, and vintage trams can be seen at the Carris Museum.
## Transit
A tram stop can be found across the Rua 1 de Maio in front of ChicaChica Boom (15E and 18E). Alternatively, buses 720, 742 and 760 stop right outside my home.
## Notes
Your check-in will be arranged with a greeter at the property. Please note that late check-ins, after 22:00, have an extra cost of EUR 20, and from midnight to 07:00 EUR 30.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, we will be happy to provide for an aditional
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
